• "Website" — the website at sabaijaies and all associated pages
• "User", "you" — any individual accessing this website or submitting an enquiry
• "Programme" — any of the residential or stay options offered by Sabai Jai, including the Tropical Getaway Introduction, Coastal Season Retreat, and Island Home Residency
• "Agreement" — these Terms, together with any written residency or programme agreement entered into separately

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Use of this website, including submitting an enquiry form, constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

3. Nature of Services

Sabai Jai is a non-medical senior living community. Our programmes provide residential accommodation, meals, housekeeping, access to community facilities, and organised social activities. We do not provide medical care, nursing services, or any health-related professional services.

Residents requiring regular medical support are responsible for arranging this independently through local healthcare providers. Our team maintains a list of recommended local resources and is happy to assist with this. Programme availability is subject to capacity and eligibility criteria communicated at the time of enquiry.

4. Enquiries and Website Use

Submitting an enquiry form through this website does not constitute a booking, reservation, or binding agreement. Programme arrangements are confirmed only through a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Information on this website is provided for general interest and may be updated at any time without notice.

5. User Responsibilities

When using this website, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any enquiry or communication
• Use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

7. Programme Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on this website are stated in Thai Baht (THB) and are indicative. The Tropical Getaway Introduction is priced at ฿6,200 per week; the Coastal Season Retreat at ฿18,200 per month; and the Island Home Residency at ฿28,800 per month. Confirmed pricing is set out in your individual programme agreement. Payment terms, accepted methods, deposit requirements, cancellation, and refund conditions are detailed in that agreement. Prices on the website may be updated at any time.

8. Service-Specific Terms

The following apply to each programme type:

• Tropical Getaway Introduction: One-week fixed duration. Includes accommodation, meals, orientation companion, and guided activities as described on the Solutions page. No automatic extension; extension subject to availability.
• Coastal Season Retreat: Two to three months' duration agreed at booking. Departure flexibility within the agreed seasonal window. Full programme detail set out in individual agreement.
• Island Home Residency: Ongoing arrangement reviewed annually. Terms of notice, departure procedures, and transition arrangements are set out in the written residency agreement.

This website and its contents are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The website will be available without interruption or error

• Use of our programmes will result in any specific personal outcome or improvement

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with any written programme agreement, constitute the full agreement between you and Sabai Jai regarding use of this website.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to do so in future.
• Assignment: You may not assign any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
